In this high end estate, homeowners had the opportunity to select their walling material of choice but had to adhere to the estates bespoke architectural design philosophy. The area that the estate is situated in, is known for high temperature fluctuations (+40°C in summer & -10°C in winter) and as a result, AAC has been the material selection of choice due to the high insulating properties that AAC presents.
