House Bishops Court

The house previously had dry walling installed for all the external and internal walls on the upper level. The client decided to remove all the walling and carry out a complete renovation of the house. Along with the Engineer, the client wanted a walling medium that provided a solid feel, improved acoustics and required to be lightweight, in order to satisfy the permissible loading on the existing foundations. In addition, the client also used Aertec’s CEM-SKIM 100 Plaster which was applied at 5mm thick which provided an ultra-smooth finish. When using Aertec’s AAC and CEM-SKIM 100 the entire conventional plaster trade can be removed which reduces projects costs.
